Duty to Create has been providing real-estate management and consultancy services to investors and developers since 2004. We conduct our business in the UK, Montenegro, Croatia and Serbia.

In 2011 our client brought us to explore opportunities in Asia and by 2012 we advised on some of the largest and most prominent projects in Sri Lanka. We acted as the exclusive advisors for the residential component of the ITC's project in Colombo, destined to be the most prestigious development in the country.

In 2013 DTC has been engaged to structure and advise on the largest private portfolio of real-estate projects in Montenegro. The projects include Dukley Gardens, Dukley Hotel, Dukley Residences, Dukley Marina Budva, HTP Budvanska Rivijera and others.

 

In 2018 we established Sri Lanka Sotheby's International Realty and signed an exclusive mandate for the sales and marketing of ITC's Colombo project.
